I'm Jianbo Lin. My philosophy is rooted in the classical Chinese wisdom of 格物致知 (investigating things to extend knowledge) and 知行合一 (the unity of knowing and doing).

These principles, articulated by Zhu Xi and Wang Yangming during the Song and Ming dynasties, guide my approach to understanding AGI and building intelligent systems. I believe that true knowledge emerges not from passive observation, but from active engagement with the world—through building, experimenting, and iterating.

Here, I share my explorations at the intersection of artificial intelligence, mathematics, and philosophy.
